My responsibilities include running the daily operations of multiple projects for cable construction and system maintenance, including installs and service calls.

Overseeing the office staff, completing reports and proposals for new projects.

My recent projects included the Isabel storm damage restoration for Cox Communications where I hired and directed an office staff of four project coordinators 30 office and support staff, a team of 69 construction and splicing crews comprised of 125 men as well as 60 drop crew personnel replacing drops and running service calls.

We restored over 275 nodes and 75 miles of downed plant and ran over 700 calls to replace drops and restore service in a period of one month.

I am currently running several ongoing construction and maintenance projects.

Ohio Project Manager

My responsibilities include running the maintenance department as contracted with Wide Open West, To oversee the maintenance of systems in Columbus and Cleveland Ohio. Hiring of management and office staff as well as field technicians.

I currently supervise 32 Employees managers and office staff in Ohio.

Our system responsibilities include Maintenance and service to customers in 1700 Nodes in a state of the art 2 way broadband network, Including fiber optic splicing and restoration, Proof of performance testing, Node Optimization, Forward and reverse sweep, CLI, Power Supply maintenance and day to day maintenance and service.

I oversee and or perform all training of field staff to upgrade skills and   enhance abilities of our staff as well as safety training to comply with all state, local and federal laws.

I manage other construction, sweep, noise suppression, install, and maintenance projects in the USA including Time Warner Sweep and hardening project Indiana, Charter Cable Rebuild Project Construction and Splicing St Louis Mo.
